Seattle Civic Dance Theatre
Seattle Civic Dance Theatre (SCDT) is a nonprofit organization providing performance opportunities for dancers in Puget Sound since 1985. We offer financial assistance, merit-based scholarships, and performances for schools, retirement centers, and local festivals.
Mission
To make ballet more accessible to young dancers in the greater Puget Sound area from all backgrounds and abilities through providing scholarships, financial aid and performance opportunities.
Vision
Foster a safe and inspiring performance outlet for young dancers from all backgrounds.
To remove financial barriers and allow full access to ballet training and education for youth dancers in the puget sound.
